All our products and materials have been tested in Portugal by the producers and are free from harmful ingredients that could be dangerous to our beloved animals. All our products are dishwasher safe and can be washed with normal dishes without hesitation. Please note that we have carried out all testing at a temperature of 70°. This corresponds to the Swiss standard for quick wash programs, which generally have higher temperatures. Important! After each wash, the food bowls should be allowed to cool and dry before being used again. Each bowl comes with a free cork pad that is suitable for drying and cooling your bowl after washing (to prevent condensation), for keeping the bowl in place while your pet eats, and for protectinig your floors and other surfaces. short: always use the cork pad!
